The Heart of the Tree: Fruit

Some more concept work for Heart of the Tree, this time the fruit found outside the tree. I looked at some images of Bristlecone pines and strange fruits for reference. The closeup at the bottom is to show the porous surface of the fruit.

This one is a concept for fruit found in the interior of the tree. I looked at dragon fruits for reference, it kind of ended up looking like a strange egg wrapped in ribbon... may revise it at some point.
