Cinema 4D - Rigid Body & Global Illumination

This took a while to render. The set up in Cinema 4D was fairly simple, after I figured out how to get the rigid bodies working properly. I experimented with Global Illumination settings, so that the scene was lit entirely by the luminescent white and green balls. I spent just as much time comping it in After Effects; I found a dirty lens texture to work with, added a tiny amount of chromatic aberration, colour grading, and lastly lit up the wireframe render subtly with a soft luma matte, so that the floor was a little more obvious and interesting.
